   4. Charitable Giving Committee Grant Application
   5. Status of Mass Attorney General Application

   1. Suggestion/vote for a Fundraising Spring event
   2. Suggestion/vote on Dues collections received in May
   3. Plan for completing IRS form 1024S to complete our non-profit status.
