On Thursday, January 20, at 7:00 pm the Planning Board invites the Select Board, other Town officials, and the general public to attend a presentation on Natural Resources Protection Zoning (NRPZ). The meeting will be held by Zoom.
The proposed NRPZ bylaw seeks to protect the rural landscape and rural character of town. If accepted by Town Meeting, the bylaw would only apply to new subdivisions; it would not change the frontage and acreage requirements on lots created on existing roads.
The meeting will include a power point presentation and provide ample time for questions and answers. We look forward to seeing you on January 20.
