COVID-19 vaccine and booster shots are available at the Townsend Library/Senior Center, January 6, 2022 from 3-7pm.

Pre-register first by leaving a voicemail at 978-772-3335 x307 or by emailing rmetcalf@nashoba.org. Please provide your name, type of vaccine (1st dose/2nd dose/booster/pediatric), and preferred vaccine. We will make every effort to accommodate vaccine requests.

Save time and complete the Screening and Consent form for adults and the Consent form for those from 5-17 ahead of time.
