To Join the Zoom Meeting using your smart phone, download the free Zoom App, version 5.0, and then click “join” a meeting. Enter the meeting ID: 361 364 346 making sure that there are no spaces between the numbers.
Then select “Join with Video” and then select “Call using Internet Audio”
Please adhere to the following rules when joining the meeting to allow the meeting to be conducted efficiently:
- Mute yourself when joining (if not already muted)
- Mute yourself if not speaking
- Don’t speak over others; it can be difficult to hear particularly in an online setting
- Send a chat to the committee to be recognized before speaking
- Identify yourself when addressing the committee
- Remain on topic when speaking
