The Subcommittee is responsible for making recommendations to the School Committee regarding relevant financial matters such as the proposed budget and projected revenue, budget transfers and any significant mid-year budget impacts. The Subcommittee also evaluates capital needs throughout the district by managing and maintaining a five-year plan and providing the School Committee with oversight on capital priorities. The Subcommittee meets virtually at least once a month, typically on a weekday morning. To be considered for the Ashby community representative position, email a letter of interest to Robin Eibye at reibye@nmrsd.org by Oct. 4.
