The Town of Ashby has signed a twenty-four month contract with its current supplier, First Point Power. Beginning with the November 2024 meter reads, the Ashby Community Choice Power Supply Program will have a new rate of $0.13107 per kWh.

The Subcommittee is responsible for making recommendations to the School Committee regarding relevant financial matters such as the proposed budget and projected revenue, budget transfers and any significant mid-year budget impacts. The Subcommittee also evaluates capital needs throughout the district by managing and maintaining a five-year plan and providing the School Committee with oversight on capital priorities. The Subcommittee meets virtually at least once a month, typically on a weekday morning.
