Ashby PD: Due to Cyber-Security incident — Dial 978-433-2671 for non-emergencies and always Dial 911 for Emergencies

Due to an ongoing cyber-security incident:

For regular police business calls, please dial 978-433-2671. DO NOT HESITATE to call 911 in an emergency!

‼️Our normal non-emergency phone line is not working and will not be answered. This week, we were able to have these calls answered by the Administrative Assistant, but that office is closed for the weekend, and the phone will not be answered.

‼️Our lobby will not be accessible until Monday morning, after 7:00 am. You will be unable to walk-in to report a crime or seek help or emergency medical attention.

ALWAYS DIAL 911 in an emergency!!

Our officers are working and are fully capable of responding to all calls. But you have to know how to reach us. Many people continue to call the number that is out of service. It will just ring and not be answered, so please share this post! Help us spread the word!!!

We’ll update this post when we are back!
