Come Join The Community Conversation With The Library – Making The Library More Accessible – June 27 At 5:30pm At The Library

 

The library has received a grant for $20,000 to make the library more accessible for all members of the Ashby Community including individuals with intellectual and developmental disorders. To kick off the grant we are hosting a community conversation on Tuesday June 27th at 5:30 with pizza! I would like to hear from everyone to find out how the library can support the needs of all of the members of the community. If you plan to attend, please rsvp to hperry@cwmars.org, or let me know when you come into the library. I want to order enough pizza. Children are welcome! I hope to see you on Tuesday.

The Ashby Art Festival Is Inside The Library Tomorrow (Saturday) 9-3. Please Join Us!

Due to the forecast of thunderstorms the festival is moving into the library.  We are still planning all the vendors and events, only not outside.  We are still having food trucks including Uncle Joey’s Cannoli’s, Tacos Y Burritos Panchitos, and Mike and Ant’s Ice Cream. 

We are looking forward to this festival to kick off a summer of fun and great programming at the library.  We hope to make it an annual event.

Real Estate Bills Now Using A Lock Box Service

 

Starting with your FY24 Real Estate bills to be issued July 1, 2023, the Collector’s office will be using a Lock Box Service. A copy of the notice will be included in your July 1st Real Estate bill. Eventually all bills (Motor Vehicle, Personal Property and Real Estate) will be processed through this service.
