If you are interested in having a ballot mailed to you for the January 12th Special Town Election, please complete the application that can be found here: https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/elepdf/2021-Vote-by-Mail-Application.pdf.
Applications can be mailed, dropped off or emailed (tclerk@ashbyma.gov) to the Town Clerk’s office. The deadline for applications to be received is Wednesday January 6th at 5pm.
Completed ballots must be received by the clerk’s office before the close of polls – 7:30pm on January 12th – in order to be counted. Vote by mail ballots should not be brought to the polling place.
If you plan to return you ballot on election day please drop the ballot in the drop box at town hall.
