(Extended Deadline) Public Disclosure Notice For Revaluation, 10/2/2023 – 10/12/2023

The Ashby Board of Assessors has been conducting the FY 2024 Quinquennial Revaluation as required by Mass. State Law. This update of values ensures that all property is assessed at full and fair market value as of January 1, 2023. The Assessors have received preliminary certification by the Mass. Dept. of Revenue. Public Disclosure period will be available to the public from Monday 10/2/2023 through Monday 10/12/2023.
