Absentee Ballots for Presidential Primary March 6th

ABSENTEE BALLOTS FOR MARCH 6th PRIMARY

The absentee ballots for the Presidential Primary are now available at the Town Clerk’s office. If you are going to be out of town or are unable to vote in person please call or come in.

Absentee ballots will be available until 12 noon the day before the election. The election will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2012 and voting will be in the Ashby Elementary School. Polls will be open from 7 AM until 8 PM.

Cookies go on sale, January 20th and cannot be purchased or delivered prior to that date.

We are raising money to fill the Ashby Elementary School flower boxes with beautiful perennial flowers and for fun, the girls wish to take a trip to the Ecotarium and go on a beauty day.

There will also be a donation box available for donating to our troops overseas.

State Reps Bastien & Harrington Hold Office Hours in Ashby

State Reps Bastien & Harrington Office Hours, Jan. 18th 6:30 in Town Hall

Representative Rich Bastien today announced he will be joined by Representative Sheila Harrington at the January Office Hours to be held at Ashby Town Hall on January 18th at 6:30 pm. Representative Harrington currently represents the First Middlesex District which, after the finalization of this year's redistricting, will include Ashby.

Harrington says, "I am excited at the prospect of having the Town of Ashby included in the First Middlesex District. With the collaboration of Representative Bastien, I look forward to getting to know the constituents of Ashby, and will work hard to make sure the needs of the Town will continue to be met."

Representatives Bastien and Harrington will work closely together to ensure that the needs of Ashby and its residents continue to be addressed. This is an opportunity to meet the current Representative who will be seeking re-election for the recreated district in 2012.
